We ship from Hong Kong to locations worldwide.


Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please submit your request within 12 hours of placing your order. Any requests made after this time cannot be accommodated. Once your order is received, it can be returned for a full refund.


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments for your convenience.


When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holiday seasons and sales periods. We handle orders Monday through Friday, with processing taking place within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped the day after processing. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery times may take between 2-4 weeks, depending on your location.


What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, please contact us. You will be eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars. However, you may be liable for customs duties and taxes upon receiving your order. What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include your order number, photographs of the items, and any relevant references upon receiving your package. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. If you have any questions regarding the refund process, please contact your bank. If you haven't received your refund yet, it may take some time for it to be posted to your account.
